Eagles vs. Broncos: The matchup
Philadelphia stayed unbeaten in Week 4 with a 31-25 road win over Tampa Bay, leaning on balance and timely scoring despite modest yardage totals. Jalen Hurts threw for 130 yards and two touchdowns but also tossed a pair of interceptions, while adding 62 rushing yards on nine carries. Philadelphia managed just 200 total yards but converted all three red-zone chances and capitalized on a defensive touchdown to build a cushion. The Eagles are now 4-0, with Hurts leading the offense with 609 passing yards and Barkley pacing the ground game at 237 yards. DeVonta Smith continues to headline the receiving corps with 158 yards, while the Birds defense has held opponents to 22.0 points per game.
Denver turned in its most complete performance of the season last weekend, cruising to a 28-3 win over the Cincinnati Bengals to even its record at 2-2. Quarterback Bo Nix was efficient and aggressive, throwing for 326 yards and two touchdowns despite one interception. J.K. Dobbins provided balance with 101 rushing yards, while Marvin Mims Jr. showcased his playmaking ability with 69 receiving yards and a rushing touchdown. The Broncos piled up 512 total yards and converted 8 of 14 third downs, dominating time of possession for nearly 38 minutes. Ranked in the top half of the league in rushing and total offense, Denver appears to be finding its footing after an uneven start.
