As Love Is Blind season 9 came to a close, many fans were still left wondering, “What type of car does Sparkle Megan drive?” — and the answer has finally been revealed. Warning: This post has spoilers for the season 9 finale of Love Is Blind. While Megan Walerius played coy about her seemingly fancy car throughout the Netflix dating experiment, it was her best friends who let the car brand slip in a deleted scene from the show. “What was your thought when you were rolling up in your Kia, and then here’s Megan in her Range Rover,” one of Megan’s friends asked her fiancé, Jordan Keltner, in the clip shared by Tudum earlier this month. Megan, 35, and Jordan, 30, got engaged sight unseen during the pod experiment, during which the wellness entrepreneur told her eventual fiancé about her “Sparkle Megan” nickname and her generally lavish lifestyle. “I mean, I know she had to earn that and I think that’s super cool that she works so hard that she can drive a cool car,” Jordan told Megan’s best friends in the recently released footage. “It’s inspiring ‘cause I would love to do the same.” Jordan also quipped that he “drives a s***ty car by choice” and doesn’t have a problem with Megan’s expensive vehicle. (Range Rovers typically retail anywhere from $50,000 to $110,000.) “That’s my choice,” he added. “I’m proud of her, truly.” Megan initially opted against sharing that she drove a Range Rover when she first spoke to Jordan in the pods. “My friends at home call me Sparkle Megan [because] I just love sparkles,” she explained during an early pod date. “My shoes are sparkly, I drive a car that has a blinged-out emblem. … I don’t know if I want to share [what type of car] just yet.” Jordan jumped in, attempting to guess the make and model of the car to no avail. “It has to be a BMW or a Mercedes because if you bedazzle a Kia emblem, I’m out,” he quipped, later wondering if Megan has a Tesla. None of Jordan’s guesses were correct, with Megan even declining to share the right answer. She did offer tidbits into her financial situation that afforded her the luxury of buying a Range Rover. “So, I used to work in oil and gas, [but] now I am starting my own company in the health and wellness space,” Megan said of starting Veyda, a luxury health membership club in Beverly Hills, California. Despite owning different types of vehicles, Jordan proposed to Megan and was excitedly looking forward to their wedding day. Megan, however, called off their wedding during the Wednesday, October 22, finale. “I still have reservations, and that’s not how I should be feeling going into my wedding,” Megan told Jordan, citing incompatible lifestyles. “I’m sorry for not feeling more compassion for you and understanding and giving you what you needed in a fiancée. I just can’t do this.” She added, “I feel like we’re ships in the night, like, two different people. You are very simple, doing the same things every day [and] eating the same things, all of that. You’re a picky eater, I’m an adventurous eater.” While Megan acknowledged that Jordan was great at giving her space to do her own thing, she wanted to be able to follow her passions alongside a partner. “I’ve never dated somebody with a kid,” Megan stated, referring to Jordan’s 5-year-old son, Luca, from a previous relationship. “All the men that I have dated up to this have had a fairly flexible schedule, and that’s how all my friends are.” Love Is Blind is currently streaming on Netflix, and a season 9 cast reunion airs Wednesday, October 29, at 9 p.m. ET.
