If anyone had told comedian Harsh Gujral that one day he would be sharing the stage with Ranbir Kapoor, he wouldn’t have believed it, at least 10 years ago. The stand-up comedian, best known for his relatable style of comedy, shared a post on his Instagram account, revealing how life has come full circle for him. Harsh, who had chanced upon the Bollywood actor in London in 2015, got an opportunity to share the stage with him at an event.
On October 5, Harsh shared a video on his Instagram account, where he talked about his experience of meeting Ranbir while the latter was shooting in London. “2015 mein, as an engineer main ek saal ke liye London mein job karne gaya tha (In 2015, I went to London for a year as an engineer to do a job),” the comedian said, adding that it was then that he met with the Saawariya actor. He shared, “Wahan pe shaam ko walk karte karte wahan ki famous black taxi mein maine Ranbir Kapoor ko dekha (In the evening, while walking, I saw Ranbir Kapoor in the famous black taxi there).”

He further mentioned, “Unse baat karne ke liye main taxi ke peeche bhaaga. Taxi red light pe ruki, maine unse baat kari, unke saath ek video banai (I ran behind the taxi to talk to him. The taxi stopped at the red light. I talked to him. I made a video with him).” Harsh also included a short clip from that time, in which he was seen greeting the actor. Ranbir, in turn, warmly responded to him, telling the comedian that he was in the city for a shoot.
Cut to 2025, Ranbir was seen climbing onto the stage amid loud cheers from his fans. The Brahmastra actor shook his hand with Harsh, who was already present on the stage. The duo even shared a warm hug, where Ranbir was seen patting the comedian’s back. In the video, the actor was seen praising Harsh, saying, “You are such an amazing talent. Thank you for being a part of this.” The two were seen sharing some more heartwarming moments. In the caption, the comedian wrote, “Fan 2015 → Frame 2025.”
