WESTFIELD — On an 8-3 vote on Sept. 17, the City Council approved the resolution for a Host Community Agreement for Ultra-Premium Cannabis retail and medical delivery to be located in the former Heka facility on Sgt. Thomas Dion Way.
Legislative & Ordinance Committee Chair William Onyski, who presented the resolution with a favorable vote from his committee, said Ultra-Premium Cannabis will be occupying the old Heka facility on Sgt. Thomas Dion Way, and will be providing a similar business of cultivation, retail, medical marijuana and delivery. He said they will be selling and transporting to other facilities.
