West Group’s activities in Germany and Romania in the first three quarters of the year, with over 800 employees across 25 projects, generated consolidated revenue of over 65 million euros, exceeding the annual target of 60 million euros set at the beginning of 2025. 50% of revenue comes from the Civil and Industrial Construction division, 32% from the Ready-Mix Concrete division, and 18% from real estate development and logistics. “These results demonstrate West Group’s strength in civil and industrial construction, real estate development and concrete production, both in Germany and Romania,” said Dan Crăciunescu, Founder of West Group. “We have exceeded the revenue objectives we set at the beginning of this year, when we estimated revenues of €60 million. In a difficult macroeconomic and market context, the figures speak for themselves, and the level of business so far this year gives us the confidence and financial strength needed to support and carry forward, under good conditions, all our projects in the two markets where we operate,” added Dan Crăciunescu. In Germany, West Group is consolidating its position as a trusted construction partner by executing structural works for a series of large-scale residential and non-residential projects. At present, the company is continuing structural works for the ESMC semiconductor plant in Dresden, a total investment of €10 billion, spanning 340,000 sqm, with completion planned for December 2026, and for the HPQ Offices complex in Frankfurt, which includes the new headquarters of ING Germany, with 64,700 sqm of modern office space. The company is also involved in the expansion of the Mercedes-Benz plant in Böblingen–Sindelfingen and in the structural works for the historic Bonatzbau building, an integral part of the Stuttgart 21 new central station project, both with completion deadlines in December 2026. On the residential segment, the company completed in September 2025 the structural works for the Candidplatz project in Munich, a modern complex with 193 apartments, as well as for the MurrTerrassen project in the Stuttgart area, which comprises six residential buildings with 102 apartments and an office and services building, interconnected by an underground car park with 138 spaces. In Romania, West Group owns and operates four ready-mix concrete production bases, supplying efficiently through its own mixer-truck fleet across the Bucharest–Ilfov region. The company’s local portfolio also includes the iResidence residential project, fully taken over in August 2025. The structural frame is completed for 273 apartments out of the total of 547 housing units, and at building B3 the exterior joinery is also completed. At present, interior partitioning is completed in building B3 on the ground floor and floors 1–3, and works have reached 50% on floor 4. In the next period, the objective is to complete floors 4 and 5, as well as the penthouses on floor 6. Installation of Reyners aluminum joinery in buildings B2 and B1 will begin in the first part of November by the company Alusteel from Prahova County in Romania, under a €2 million contract.
