Week 10 NFL Picks: Winners and Losers for Every Game

We're officially entering the second half of the 2025 NFL season with a great Week 10 slate. We went 6-7 with our picks last week, with some big upsets like Carolina and Pittsburgh pulling off big upsets against Super Bowl contenders. We've got some tasty matchups this weekend, including a Sunday afternoon showdown between the New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Check out GIVEMESPORT's Week 10 picks! Las Vegas Raiders (2-6) vs Denver Broncos (7-2) Line: Broncos -10 The Las Vegas Raiders are going through it, and travel to Colorado on short rest to take on the Denver Broncos on Thursday. The Raiders have lost three-straight games on the road, and are a much-less threatening team on offense after trading Jakobi Meyers to the Jaguars. Brock Bowers being back does give them a legit option on all downs, and Ashton Jeanty has shown signs of being a difference-maker out of the backfield, but it feels like there isn't enough there to really bother this Denver defense. The Broncos have only won two games by double digits this season, so the line feels a bit generous, but they should take this one easily. GIVEMESPORT Pick: Denver Broncos Atlanta Falcons (3-5) vs Indianapolis Colts (7-2) Line: Colts -6.5 The Atlanta Falcons and Indianapolis Colts face off in Berlin, Germany in Week 10, and we think this matchup will be a bit tighter than what it looks like on paper. The Falcons — a frustratingly ineffective offense despite having a superstar in Bijan Robinson — have one of the best defenses in the NFL season, allowing the fewest passing yards per game. They should give Daniel Jones enough headaches throughout the day and maybe even cause some turnovers. But Atlanta has a bottom-10 run defense, and they're facing arguably the best runner in the game right now in Jonathan Taylor. One way or another, the Colts are going to score on Sunday, but this Falcons team won't be pushover. GIVEMESPORT Pick: Indianapolis Colts New England Patriots (7-2) vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers (6-2) Line: Buccaneers -2.5 This should be one of the better games on the Week 10 slate. The New England Patriots are arguably the hottest team in the NFL, having won six straight and topping the AFC East. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers, meanwhile, find ways to win games week-in, week-out behind a legit MVP candidate in Baker Mayfield. They're also at home coming off a bye week, and the extra rest could make the difference for the injury-ravaged Bucs. Tampa might completely shut down the Pats' run game, forcing Drake Maye to make plays through the air. This is going to be a scrappy one, but we think New England has enough in the tank to come out on top. GIVEMESPORT Pick: New England Patriots Buffalo Bills (6-2) vs Miami Dolphins (2-7) Line: Bills -9.5 The Buffalo Bills are coming off a huge win over the Chiefs last week, and will travel to South Florida with a ton of confidence to take on the fledgling Miami Dolphinson Sunday. Tua Tagovailoa's career struggles against the Bills are well-documented, winning only one of 10 meetings with his divisional foe. Josh Allen, meanwhile, is 13-2 for his career against Miami, tossing 40 touchdowns (most against any opponent) and just eight interceptions. This shouldn't be close. GIVEMESPORT Pick: Buffalo Bills Baltimore Ravens (3-5) vs Minnesota Vikings (4-4) Line: Ravens -3.5 The Baltimore Ravens are a different team now that Lamar Jackson is back to full health, and they'll have a good test on Sunday when they face the Minnesota Vikings on the road. Across from Jackson stands J.J. McCarthy, who hasn't shown much since being given the starting role in Minnesota. The Vikings pulled off a big win against the Detroit Lions, but those performances haven't been as consistent as they need to be. Brian Flores will make life difficult for Lamar, but the Ravens offense should be good enough to drive a win on Sunday. GIVEMESPORT Pick: Baltimore Ravens Cleveland Browns (2-6) vs New York Jets (1-7) Line: Browns -2.5 The New York Jets are fresh off a firesale at the NFL Trade Deadline, parting ways for a number of their best players — including corner Sauce Gardner — as they continue to rebuild. The Cleveland Browns, despite not being particularly good this season, clearly win the talent battle here, and that should be enough for them to win this one. They also have a decent defensive unit, giving Dillon Gabriel some room to breathe when he has the ball. GIVEMESPORT Pick: Cleveland Browns New York Giants (2-7) vs Chicago Bears (5-3) Line: Bears -3.5 The Chicago Bears might be the most unpredictable team in the NFL. They almost lost to the Joe Flacco-led Bengals last week, and barely survived against the Raiders and Commanders, but they've still managed to pull out wins and keep it rolling. Up next are the New York Giants, whose hot streak has already flamed out, especially after the season-ending injury to Cam Skattebo. Caleb Williams makes enough plays throughout a game to continue carrying this offense, while the Bears' second-best rushing game should batter the league's second-worst run defense. GIVEMESPORT Pick: Chicago Bears New Orleans Saints (1-8) vs Carolina Panthers (5-4) Line: Panthers -5.5 The Carolina Panthers are kinda good, which is not something we've been able to say in a long time. They've won four of their last five games, and while their margin of victory has only been four points in that span, the Panthers are finding ways to win games. They're 3-1 at Bank of America stadium this season, and should make that four wins when the New Orleans Saints come to town in Week 10. Tyler Shough will be making only his second career start, and we're not sure there's anyone tuning in for this one thinking he can lead the Saints to a win here. GIVEMESPORT Pick: Carolina Panthers Jacksonville Jaguars (5-3) vs Houston Texans (3-5) Line: Texans -1.5 We might be set for a defensive stalemate in this matchup between the Jacksonville Jaguars and Houston Texans. Texans quarterback C.J. Stroud will miss Sunday's clash, with Davis Mills slated to start his first NFL game since the 2022 season. The Jaguars added star wide receiver Jakobi Meyers at the deadline, but his first game with his new team comes against one of the league's best pass defenses. Trevor Lawrence should have enough juice to lead the Jags to a win here. GIVEMESPORT Pick: Jacksonville Jaguars Arizona Cardinals (3-5) vs Seattle Seahawks (6-2) Line: Seahawks -7 The Seattle Seahawks simply do not lose at home, riding a 10-game winning streak at Lumen Field. The task in front of the Arizona Cardinals is Herculean. Arizona's offense has looked better with Jacoby Brissett at quarterback, and they're coming off their first win in five last week. But the Seahawks are legit Super Bowl contenders, and are too good on both sides of the ball for the Cards to keep up with. GIVEMESPORT Pick: Seattle Seahawks Los Angeles Rams (6-2) vs San Francisco 49ers (6-3) Line: Rams -3.5 Los Angeles Rams versus San Francisco 49ers. SoCal vs Silicon Valley. These games seemingly always go down to the wire, with the last five matchups being decided by one score or less. San Francisco already beat the Rams at SoFi Stadium earlier this season, and Kyle Shanahan has largely had Sean McVay's number in this duel over the years. But the Rams are rolling, and look like real championship contenders. This'll be a huge test, but we think they get the job done. GIVEMESPORT Pick: Los Angeles Rams Detroit Lions (5-3) vs Washington Commanders (3-6) Line: Lions -8.5 The Detroit Lions are out for vengeance after dropping one to the Vikings at home in Week 9, and the Washington Commandersare poised to be the defenseless victims here. Jayden Daniels is out long-term after dislocating his elbow last week, and star wide receiver Terry McLaurin is out with a quad injury, giving Marcus Mariota virtually no chance at providing any spark on offense. The Lions have the second-best offense in the NFL, and should blow the Commanders out. GIVEMESPORT Pick: Detroit Lions Pittsburgh Steelers (5-3) vs Los Angeles Chargers (6-3) Line: Chargers -3 We've got the Pittsburgh Steelers and Los Angeles Chargers in prime time for Sunday Night Football in Week 10. The Steelers have not looked particularly good in prime time recently, but the Chargers are dealing with some important injuries, including an ailment to star offensive lineman Joe Alt. Pittsburgh's highly touted defense finally looked good against the Colts last week, forcing six turnovers, but it would be a stretch to expect them to be as effective in California on Sunday night. We just don't trust the Steelers in prime time. Go with the Chargers. GIVEMESPORT Pick: Los Angeles Chargers Philadelphia Eagles (6-2) vs Green Bay Packers (5-2-1) Line: Packers -2.5 The Green Bay Packers and Philadelphia Eagles rarely disappoint, and Monday night should be no different. Green Bay dropped a tough one to Carolina last week, and lost star tight end Tucker Craft to a season-ending ACL injury, taking away Jordan Love's favorite weapon through the air. The Eagles made big moves at the deadline to bolster their defensive unit, and will be tough to break down, especially after coming off a bye. The Packers have been good against the run, but they struggled last week and are going up against a force of nature by the name of Saquon Barkley on Monday. The Eagles do not lose in November.
