Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has said that volunteers will approach citizens to gather their views on the kind of development they envision for the State, as part of a special programme designed for that purpose. He was speaking after inaugurating ReCode Kerala 2025, a development seminar organised by the Department of Electronics and Information Technology at the KINFRA International Convention Centre in Kochi on Tuesday (October 28). The government aims to achieve the comprehensive development of Kerala by 2031, coinciding with the 75th anniversary of the State’s formation. Citizens will have the opportunity to share their perspectives on how future development should unfold. Volunteers will be identified for the initiative and will begin collecting public feedback starting in 2026.
