Virgin Media shoppers can get £200 for free in a limited-time Black Friday deal

Virgin Media has launched a new deal where shoppers can grab £200 bill credit for free when they switch from their old provider. The TV and broadband supplier has launched its new Black Friday deals but with some tempting deals to get shoppers to switch. Virgin will hand over £200 for free for both its TV and broadband when they decide to switch. All they need to do is use Virgin's One Touch Switch service at checkout when they decide to switch, and Virgin will take care of the rest and then hand over £200 credit. It doesn't stop there, however, because it is also offering three months free on its TV and broadband packages. When it comes to TV deals, it has also slashed the prices of its bundles. This includes the Entertainment bundle at £36.99 per month and the Sports bundle at £56.99 per month. Both have dropped this November for Black Friday shoppers. Both packages come loaded with 362Mb of broadband, Netflix , and a plethora of channels. This includes Sky Sports for those who opt for the Sports bundle. For those not in need of a telly package, there are also broadband deals up for grabs this Black Friday . Virgin Media is offering three months free on its M250, M500 and Gig1 broadband packages at £24.99, £27.99 and £29.99 a month respectively, reports Birmingham Live . These are competitive broadband deals boasting speeds ideal for streaming 4K videos, gaming and streaming. The only snag is that not every household can tap into Virgin Media's network, so those considering a switch are advised to check their postcodes. Sky has also unveiled its early Black Friday offers and slashed the cost of its Samsung Galaxy S25 phone deals to their cheapest ever rate, dropping from £28 monthly to £22 monthly with a £12 upfront fee. This means customers can pocket £216 in savings across the three-year contract term. It also has tons of TV and broadband offers, including its Essential TV and broadband bundles for £35 a month. Hyperoptic has similarly rolled out its Black Friday promotions on broadband. Customers can now secure 1GB broadband speeds for £29 monthly. Turning to Virgin Media assessments, USwitch has evaluated the provider's broadband offerings . It observed: "Virgin Media is a very good option for any household that uses the internet a lot. "However, if you live in a smaller household and you only really use the internet to scroll on social media or stream the odd show, Virgin's offerings are maybe more than you need. You could pay a lot less for a much simpler package that delivers everything you need from your broadband deal. "Plus, a broadband connection on the Openreach network might be a bit more reliable and consistent than Virgin Media's network. So you might have a smoother experience with providers that use Openreach, such as BT, Sky, Plusnet, TalkTalk or NOW Broadband."
