Footage from outside a Greenock pub has captured a huge brawl which left two men in hospital. Police are probing the incident which took place at The Green Oak on Inverkip Street in the town at around 11.40pm on Saturday, October 25. Footage shared on social media shows a number of people fighting outside the public house as punters spill into the street. People can be seen punching and grabbing each other as glasses smash and some fall to the ground, reports the Daily Record. Officers have since confirmed that two men were seriously assaulted during the disturbance, which involved a number of men and women. The two injured men were taken to Inverclyde Royal Hospital where they were treated and have since been discharged. Detectives are appealing for information following the incident. Detective Constable Hannah Clark, Greenock CID, said: "It's possible that others may have been injured in the disturbance. We would encourage them to come forward. "We are asking anyone who saw the disturbance, or knows who was involved, to get in touch. Please also check any private-CCTV or video footage from around 11.40pm on Saturday night in case anything was captured that might help our investigation."
