Consumer electricals and electronics major V-Guard Industries has registered a 3 per cent growth in consolidated PAT in Q2 FY26 to ₹65.29 crore as against ₹63.39 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal. Consolidated net revenue from operations for the quarter is ₹1,340.92 crore (₹1,293.99 crore), a growth of 3.6 per cent. Consolidated Net Revenue from operations for the six months is ₹2,807 crore (₹2,771.09 crore), a growth of 1.3 per cent. Consolidated PAT for the six months is ₹139.14 crore (₹162.36 crore), a decline of 14.3 per cent. Modest growth Mithun K. Chittilappilly, Managing Director, said, “Business has delivered modest growth across segments in the second quarter because of headwinds including higher-than-average rainfall, weak demand and GST transition. Gross margins improved further during the quarter. Reforms introduced as part of GST 2.0 are a welcome step towards simplifying the tax structure and boosting consumption.
