Tbilisi, October 27, 2025 – The Urban Tbilisi 2025 Forum took place at the Hilton Garden Inn on Chavchavadze Avenue, uniting leaders from Tbilisi’s development and construction sector, the Mayor’s Office, and media representatives to discuss the capital’s future urban development. The forum provided a platform to explore innovative city planning, sustainable infrastructure, and public-private collaboration. Nino Baghashvili, Head of Transport and Urban Development at the Tbilisi Mayor’s Office, presented key urban projects and strategies for Tbilisi’s modernization. Other speakers included Tamar Gaprindashvili of Anagi Collab, Tamar Lomidze of Tintakol, and Vakhtang Chqareuli, Head of Apart Group, who shared insights on residential development, smart infrastructure, and sustainable urban solutions. Participants emphasized the importance of cross-sector collaboration to ensure Tbilisi evolves as a modern, livable city.
