The third day of speeches at the United Nations General Debate is set to begin at 9am local time in New York City (13:00 GMT).
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas is set to address fellow world leaders – by video, however, after the administration of United States President Donald Trump denied him a visa to attend.
