UK Boarding Schools To Visit Bermuda Bridgeway Education has announced that ten leading UK boarding schools will visit Bermuda next weekend to meet with prospective families. A spokesperson said, “Bridgeway Education is pleased to confirm that 10 leading UK boarding schools will be in Bermuda next weekend to meet with prospective families. The high quality list of hand- selected schools includes 1 all boys school [Bedford School], 1 all-girls school [Benenden School], 1 state boarding school [Dallam School] and 7 other top private schools from all regions in England.” Neil Speight, Director of Bridgeway Education, said: “I am excited that such a great selection of schools is coming to provide Bermuda based students with information on the various options available to prospective boarders. The schools are geographically diverse and also vary in size and educational offerings that will resonate well with our students. “Stefan Kelly and Greg Maybury are well-known Bermudian alumni of the famous Oakham School who will be joined by King’s College Taunton, Sidcot School, St. Lawrence College, Ipswich High School, Scarborough College and St. Michael Abbey. “We have a proven track record with connecting students with diverse interests from the island with the institutions that can further their aspirations in education / sport / performing arts and can also cater for those that learn differently. We are passionate about supporting our young people and the services are provided free of charge.” The spokesperson said, “Families will have the opportunity to meet the schools at the BUEI on Saturday Nov. 1st from 2.30pm to 5.30pm and at the World Rugby Classic from 1pm to 4pm.
