As well as finding the perfect dress and cutting down the guest list to an acceptable number, everyone who gets married knows that finding the perfect venue is a key part of your wedding day . Of course, the cost always has to be taken into consideration, however one 2026 bride, Ellee De Luca, has shared her list of the 'most beautiful' UK wedding venues 'if money wasn't an object'. Ellee took to her @elleedeluca TikTok account to share her list of the stunning venues, and it certainly seemed to capture people's attention as it went viral, racking up more than 116,000 likes. The first venue on Ellee's list was the picturesque Euridge Manor in the Cotswolds . The fairytale-like wedding and private event venue based near Castle Combe features Georgian-style manor house, a 17th-century history, and 450 acres of grounds with features like the "Lost Orangery," a boathouse on a lake, rose gardens, and other stunning architectural and landscaping elements. It is often described as having a magical, romantic, and storybook-like atmosphere. However, the venue doesn't come cheap, with a minimum hire fee of £23,000 + VAT for peak season exclusive use for three days. Next on Ellee's list was Watermouth Cove in Devon . The Ilfracombe venue can host events for up to 125 guests and is a family-run business with an in-house team that provides food and drink, and offers pre- and post-wedding catering options as well. This venue is slightly cheaper, with prices starting from £8,950 for a full-day hire based on 40 adult guests. However, for larger weddings, a weekend wedding can cost up to £20,975. The third place Ellee named was the stunning Painted Hall at the Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich London. The gorgeous painted scheme was carried out by the artist Sir James Thornhill between approximately 1707 and 1726 and covers 3,700 m² (walls and ceilings) with more than 200 figures depicting mythological, historical, allegorical and contemporary characters. Originally, the hall was intended as a dining hall for the pensioners of the Royal Hospital for Seamen (which preceded the naval college). However, over time, it has become an important example of Baroque painted interior in Europe and is often nick-named “Britain’s Sistine Chapel”. Included in the painting scheme is celebrations of Britain’s naval power, commerce, Protestant monarchy accession and cultural/scientific achievements of the early 18th century. Packages starting from £15,000 for Painted Hall hire. Number four on Ellee's list was Syon Park in Brentford. This is a historic estate and grand house located in West London on the north bank of the River Thames – opposite Kew Gardens. The venue is one of London’s last great ducal estates and has been the London home of the Dukes of Northumberland (the Percy family) for more than 400 years. For 2025, venue hire for a Saturday wedding (afternoon ceremony and evening reception) is £21,000 (inclusive of VAT) for the main house and conservatory spaces. However, this is reportedly rising to £26,000 inclusive of VAT next year. A broader list shows “wedding venue hire only” from £9,300 to £20,000 for the house and gardens (depending on date/space). The last venue included in Ellee's list was the Horniman Museum in London. This is a free public museum and green space located in Forest Hill, South London. It focuses on world cultures, natural history, anthropology, and music and features beautiful hilltop gardens with panoramic views of London. For full wedding packages, venue hire reportedly starts around £5,000, with Saturday weddings (April-October) from around £7,500 for venue only. However, on some wedding-forum posts, couples quoted total costs for venue and food in range of £20,000 for 80 guests. People were loving Ellee's list, as one person wrote: "Got married at Syon Park in August, so beautiful!" While another added: "Stunning venues and I can confirm Euridge is just as dreamy in real life." A third chimed in: "Watermouth Cove is where I got married and incredibly worth it. Stunning and wonderful venue with the dream team."
