Descartes Systems Group (DSGX) reported that October imports dipped 0.1% from Quick Insights Tariff and trade-policy uncertainty is causing importers to slow orders, weakening business confidence and driving down shipment volumes. Imports are projected to decline through the holiday season and into early 2026, with expectations of drops in November and December and further weakness ahead, according to industry forecasts.
