Wrestling legend Kevin Nash caused chaos on social media when he opened up about his recent surgery. Having already said on his podcast that he had suffered heart issues, he claimed he was having a procedure to correct this. It was, the man ranked the world’s best wrestler in 1995 said , down to scar tissue on his heart and that he was told that he probably suffered a heart attack around 20 years ago but never knew. And taking to social media last night, he claimed: “Procedure went fantastic. Penis reduction was a success. Actually the strain of no longer pushing blood in the entire hog brought my heart rhythm back to normal. Thanks to everyone concerned about my well being.” Nash, a one-time WWE champion and four-time WCW World Heavyweight Champion, is known for his very dry sense of humour and it seems as though his confession is part of that, or his way of dealing with a serious situation. However, there may be a grain of truth to what the two-time WWE Hall of Famer posted, according to one medical expert speaking exclusively to the Daily Star – and it could very well lead to a major sign of a worrying heart issue that men need to know about. Dr Gareth Nye, a lecturer of Biomedical Science at Salford University, said: “He’s been quite open about his heart health and discussed previously around finding scar tissue in his heart which may have come from a previous heart attack that wasn’t noticed. “He lost his dad very early on to heart problems so its great he is so aware of his heart health and is getting it checked regularly. “As to whether there’s any truth in it – having a bigger penis does not put more pressure on the heart but on a serious note, erectile dysfunction is a very strong sign that you do have something wrong with your heart and should get checked out immediately.” According to the NHS, the two main symptoms of ED are being unable to get an erection, and being unable to keep an erection for long enough to have sexual intercourse. There are four main causes: Whether the man nicknamed “big sexy” has any of these issues, nobody really knows, but at least his potentially-joke tweet has given way to shed light on what could be a very serious issue for some men.
