Trustco Group Holdings Ltd’s corporate-sponsored squash team has clinched the Wanderers Business League title for the third consecutive year, cementing their position as the competition’s dominant force.
The championship victory on 26 September marked the culmination of an intense season that began on 16 July, featuring 211 matches across A and B-section divisions. With at least five teams competing for the title, the final weeks saw fierce competition as matches came thick and fast.
The Trustco team distinguished itself through exceptional sportsmanship, strategic play, and unwavering team spirit, ultimately emerging victorious in what proved to be one of the league’s most competitive seasons.
Top-ranked player Le-Hugo Van Rooyen expressed his gratitude for the continued corporate support: “We want to thank Trustco for providing the strategic resources we need to succeed and secure a hat-trick of wins.
