At 3:20 p.m. on Sunday, the president shared a photo of himself looking haggard and bronze with his tie undone and a red hat bunched in his hand. "I want to thank Donald Trump for working like a dog for no money to save a Country that doesn't appreciate his sacrifice! Thank you Mr President!" the post says. Then he doubled down by captioning the image, "Thank you. Big progress for America being made!" The post is... odd to say the least. Besides pointing out the obviously strange nature in thanking yourself...
