During Trump Sr.'s 2016 presidential bid, a recovered 2004 clip of him appearing on Howard Stern's radio show went viral. In the audio, Trump tells Stern, "My daughter is beautiful, Ivanka." Stern begins a reply, saying, “By the way, your daughter," but Trump interrupts, seemingly attempting to finish Stern's sentence and adding, “She’s beautiful.” Then, Stern asks the question: “Can I say this? A piece of ass,” in reference to Ivanka. To which Trump offers the green light: “Yeah." During a similarly uncomfortable instance in 2024, Trump Jr. shared a video of himself and his then-17-year-old daughter, Kai Madison Trump, getting ready for the Republican National Convention. "Kai, what do you think?" Trump Jr. asked his daughter in the clip. "Gettin' makeup. Make me look sexy like you." "I think you look very beautiful," Kai replied. "Thank you, Kai," he said.
