TRACE has been officially launched at Ulster University. The €5.9 million PEACEPLUS project looks to revolutionise the products of animal origin supply chain across Northern Ireland and Ireland. The work will apply digital technologies to modernise supply chain processes, reduce waste, and improve product quality and traceability. SME’s are invited to get in touch if they are interested in trialling some of the technology involved.
