Multi Commodity Exchange of India Ltd., which normally begins trading at 9 a.m. Mumbai time, remained offline for more than three hours, with the bourse attributing the delay to a “technical issue.” Trading will start from a disaster recovery site, a backup system designed to hold trading functionality, it said in a notice on its website.
