BURR RIDGE, IL – The top-paid employee at Pleasantdale School District 107 in the 2024-25 school year was Superintendent Dave Palzet.
Palzet made $253,095, 35 percent more than the next highest-paid employee.
The highest-paid teacher was William Brade. At sixth on the list, he made $132,342.
The district, which has about 800 students, recently released its 2024-25 compensation list. Those listed are participants in the Teachers Retirement System.
Factors in teachers’ pay are their seniority, education and stipends for other duties.
