Tom Aspinall shares post-fight footage from UFC 321 On Sunday, Tom Aspinall broke his social media silence by posting a 48-second video on Instagram. The 32-year-old didn’t add a caption to the clip, which documented what happened in the hours after UFC 321. “All that training for that,” Aspinall can be heard saying. “What the f— is [Gane] doing?” A backstage conversation with fighter-turned-commentator Daniel Cormier was also caught on camera. “They were both bad,” Aspinall told the UFC Hall of Famer, who suggested one of Gane’s fingers caused more damage than the other. He added: “Twice before he got warned for it and f—ing did it again.” The UFC superstar’s coach and father, Andy Aspinall, shared his thoughts on the incident as footage of his son in the back of an ambulance and undergoing eye exams in the hospital played. “Mike Bisping, he lost his eye,” Aspinall Sr. said. “It’s a horrendous thing to think [about] as a parent, really. “I know what it’s like these days with people saying what they want, but it is just your son, and they could lose an eye and their health, and they’ve got children to look after. “You know, something needs doing about it. “It’s horrendous for me to look at.”
