The calendar sharing app TimeTree announced on the 5th that it has closed its Series F round, raising approximately ¥1.6 billion through a third-party allotment. Including a secondary transaction of approximately ¥1.6 billion through the transfer of shares by existing shareholders, the total transaction amount reaches approximately ¥3.2 billion. The lead investor is SK Telecom, with new investors including SK Telecom and Spotlight, and existing investors Atinum Investment, K2 Investment Partners, and Mirae Asset Venture Investment. The total amount raised to date has reached ¥6.7 billion. TimeTree is a calendar app that allows users to share schedules with family, friends, and colleagues. The app has over 67 million registered users globally, with more than 13 billion scheduled events registered as of September 2025. Regarding this round, the company stated that TimeTree’s scheduled data and user base have been recognized as a foundation for creating new value through AI, promoting joint development and business collaboration, including a capital and business alliance with SK Telecom. The potential for global expansion starting from its base in Korea has garnered interest, leading several Korean venture capital firms to participate in this round. The funds raised will be allocated to the development of new features utilizing AI technology, marketing in Japan and overseas, including Korea, and the recruitment of personnel and organizational strengthening. This round, which includes the capital and business alliance with SK Telecom announced on September 8, 2025, marks the final close, and the company established its first overseas base, TimeTree Korea, in January 2025. via PR TIMES
