The Me & You Kitchen and Cocktails restaurant on Detroit’s East Side came to be by two friends who just wanted to see people have a great time. “It started as a friendship and a sisterhood that we developed almost 15 years ago at Mixed Bricktown, where me and Angela first met,” said Courtney Sanders, Co-Owner of Me & You Kitchen and Cocktails, speaking about her business partner and good friend. The ladies say it’s all about bringing people and the community together. “It’s always just been about service and about the people,” said Angela Wright, Co-Owner. The restaurant not only brings people together for a good time, it offers a nice selection of comfort food.
