Shares of non-banking financial company (NBFC) Paisalo Digital which is engaged in the credit business are experiencing significant activity today despite the markets volatility. The stock opened the trading session at Rs 36.80 on the BSE down from the previous close of Rs 36.87. However it quickly rebounded reaching a high of Rs 38.22 a gain of 3.66 percent from the previous close. Last seen it was trading at Rs 37.95 with a gain of 2.93 per cent. The market cap of the company stood at Rs 2423.54 crore.
NBFC undertakes transactions worth over Rs 3400 cr
NBFC firm Paisalo Digital recently said it has serviced over 59 lakh customers by initiating transactions worth more than Rs 3400 crore.
This has been achieved within two years with its strong network of business correspondents’ collaborations with prominent banking partners including State Bank of India (SBI) and Bank of India Paisalo Digital said in a statement.
Paisalo Digital raises USD 50 million
Paisalo Digital a non-banking financial company said it has raised the first tranche of USD 50 million through the issuance of secured foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCBs).
This is the first event of FCCB issuance from Paisalo Digital Ltd and it will be executed following applicable external commercial borrowing (ECB) guidelines prescribed by the Reserve Bank the NBFC said in a release.

Benchmark indices Sensex and Nifty bounced back in early trade on Tuesday after falling sharply in the past seven trading days helped by buying in bank stocks.
The 30-share BSE Sensex climbed 312.88 points to 80677.82 in early trade. The 50-share NSE Nifty went up by 96.9 points to 24731.80.
From the Sensex firms Power Grid Asian Paints Bajaj Finance Bharat Electronics Titan HDFC Bank HCL Tech UltraTech Cement State Bank of India and ICICI Bank were among the major gainers.
