Afira Bibi is the wife of Umar Farooq the mastermind of the 2019 Pulwama Terror Attack which claimed lives of 40 Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel. She has been appointed as a member of Shura (advisory council). Her job is to oversee Jamaat-ul-Mominats activities alongside Sadia Azhar who is the sister of Jaish chief Masood Azhar.
