It also lets people see what their friends are listening to. Users of Amazon Music Unlimited have shared their thoughts on the platform on Trustpilot. One person said: "They are brilliant at finding perfect song choices for me and I prefer them to other music apps. No issues with them at all and I love their music recommendations for me too." Another said: "It's a good music service. I only use individual options and enjoy it, (and) I use it if I go on walks and for going into town, no issues. I switched as I didn't like Apple music." Some others disagreed, however, as one said: "I love the variety of music. But, I hate to have to keep being interrupted and running back to tell them that yes, I'm still listening." Overall, the reviews were positive, though, with one person saying: "Never had a problem with Amazon music. I use the app on my phone and pay monthly and they have a big selection to pick from and you can download to listen offline."
