‘The Shed’ In Dockyard Available For Rental
The Bermuda Land Management Corporation [BLMC] has announced that The Shed is now available for long-term rental.
A spokesperson said, “The Bermuda Land Management Corporation has announced that The Shed, a landmark building located in Dockyard, is now available for long-term rental.
“Originally erected for the 2017 America’s Cup as the home base for the Land Rover BAR team, The Shed has since been repurposed as an event venue. Over the years, it has hosted a variety of high-profile events including SailGP, the Circus, and the popular Fight Night series.
“Recognizing the increasing demand for commercial space within Dockyard, BLMC is planning to repurpose the building for long-term tenancy. This move reflects BLMC’s commitment to maximizing the use of its properties and supporting the continued growth of Dockyard as a hub for business, culture, and tourism.”
