At just nine years old, Kryzl Jorge is already in the business of helping kids grow strong, not just in body, but in purpose as well.Dubbed the “Little CEO,” Kryzl is the face and force behind Purple Hearts, the newly launched lifestyle health brand born out of a heartfelt mission: to make nutrition more accessible, enjoyable, and effective for children. Her idea was simple yet bold: what if kids actually wanted to take their vitamins instead of being forced to swallow them in spoonfuls?Through Purple Hearts — a fun, chewable nutritional supplement — Kryzl and her team developed a product that aims to turn healthy habits into something children excitedly embrace.“Vitamins are important because they help us grow stronger,” declared the articulate nine-year-old in Filipino, as her mother, Liezel — chairman of the Kryzl Group of Companies — looked on proudly from offstage. She has clearly taught her little one well: that strength begins with proper nutrition, which is the very principle behind Purple Hearts’ mission. The brand’s offerings are more than just colorful tablets, as each variant is tailored to a need that children often face: There’s Immuni Boost for immunity, Mighty Boost for physical growth and development, and Smarty Boost to support focus and mental performance. They’re made to be fun and yet backed by smart nutrition that meets both kids’ needs and parents’ standards. With Purple Hearts now realized and out in the market, the little CEO’s goals haven’t stopped at product development. On her ninth birthday last July, Kryzl marked the occasion not just with cake and confetti, but with her very first single, “Birthday Love.”Now a recording artist, too, she helped write the song and used its release to give back by donating to nine charities and launching the Purple Hearts Foundation — a nonprofit organization addressing childhood malnutrition and micronutrient deficiency in the Philippines. For someone who’s just navigating Grade 4, Kryzl’s reach is already impressive, indeed, and it’s growing even more with her newest brand ambassador, actor, dancer and young dad, Rodjun Cruz.Rodjun signed on to support Purple Hearts and was present at the launch, praising its values. As a father himself, he shared that he and his wife, Diane Medina, give the same product to their two children.Meanwhile, when asked about the challenges of being a CEO, Kryzl answered without hesitation that she’s had no problems so far — and definitely no boardroom drama. Her focus remains on what matters most: helping other children grow stronger in body, mind and heart. In fact, with the holiday season fast approaching, Kryzl even advised grown-ups: “These vitamins are a great gift idea!” she quipped. “They’re for the body, the mind, and the heart.”While many children might shy away from the spotlight, Kryzl seems perfectly at ease representing the brand she helped build. Her confidence and sincerity come through naturally, making her a fitting face for Purple Hearts. After all, it’s not every day a child reminds grown-ups what healthy habits can look like — especially when they come shaped like chewables and delivered with heart.
