On the pitch, however, Kudus has quickly justified his move. The forward marked his home debut at N17 with a standout performance against Burnley, registering two assists for Richarlison in a comfortable 3-0 victory on the opening day. Thomas Frank played a key role in bringing Mohammed Kudus to Tottenham
Tottenham’s appointment of Thomas Frank is proving to be a masterstroke. The Danish manager has steadily improved the team week by week, while also playing a pivotal role in attracting new signings to North London.
Kudus himself acknowledged just how influential Frank was in his decision to make the switch. Speaking to Sports Illustrated, Kudus said,
“I think the main factor in any club you want to join, is the project, how you see yourself developing in that project and with the manager. Looking at [Thomas Frank’s] work at Brentford with attackers, I can name so many, like Mbeumo, Toney, Damsgaard, his development of them was really massive.”
