The Hoxton Hotel to open in Dublin with a nightclub in the basement

The Hoxton Hotel will open its doors to the public this winter after a much anticipated wait. Think Peruvian inspired eateries, dark and rich colours and opulent designs.

The franchise has taken over the site of the former Central Hotel on Exchequer Street which has now been transformed into a 129 bedroom hotel filled with character.

Mixing true Hox style with modern Irish design, take a look inside into the fabulous new Huxton Hotel on Exchequer Street.

AIME Studios design team helped style the hotel with traditional Irish nods seen throughout, from the cosy pub interiors to the homey style of the lounge.

The décor also nods to the history of the hotel, paying tribute to the Viking history of the site that was discovered during the development.

The bedrooms are designed and categorised into different unique experiences. The rooms are categorised by Snug, Cosy, Roomy and Biggy, so guests can decide for themselves on how indulgent they want to be while they visit the Hoxton.

Decorated and styled with a colour palette inspired by autumn, each bedroom has bold contemporary details mixed with traditional elements like scalloping and fringing.

Being in business for nearly 20 years, The Hoxton franchise certainly know how to tickle your tastebuds. Cantina Valentina, the ground floor restaurant of the hotel serves up vibrant and delicious Peruvian inspired meals all day. With there being a Cantina Valentina at the Hoxton location in Brussels, there already is a high anticipation for the well loved picantería to come to the captial.

Inspired by the cool New York deli culture, Dollars is the sandwich shop inside the hotel that transforms from day to night. Grab a freshly loaded sandwich for your afternoon meal, and head back in for a chilled glass of wine and bar snacks for a relaxing after work rendezvous.

And for a first for the hotel franchise is Groundworks, a basement nightlife venue, a space where guests can dance the night away.

Locals will be also thrilled to hear that the historic The Library Bar will be open once again for business. With dark timber furnishings and traditional furniture.

Sat just opposite Drury Street, this iconic landmark hotel is situated within Dublin’s creative corner and to celebrate the opening The Hoxton and Ennismore have a pre-opening offer for guests who book early.
