My father was arrested on the 700th day of the hostages' captivity in Gaza, and the subsequent protests to release them, along with five other people, on suspicion of torching a trash bin in Jerusalem. He has been held in jail for nearly two months, sharing an 18-square-meter cell with nine other detainees, some of them convicted murderers, rapists and drug dealers.
