The Block’s infamous body corporate meeting descended into all-out war on Wednesday as accusations of cheating, greed and dishonesty sent the contestants into meltdown.

What began as a grilling over Mat and Robby’s controversial wine cellar quickly spiralled into a fresh scandal – this time with Britt and Taz in the firing line.

Sonny accused Taz of hogging up to $15,000 worth of free timber from the sawmill, sparking a furious row.

Britt shot back, ‘Are you calling us greedy?’ only for Alicia to bluntly reply, ‘In a sense, yes.’

The confrontation only escalated, with Britt firing her own shot at Sonny and Alicia, accusing them of bending the rules after pocketing $50,000 in CommBank prizes – only to then splash out thousands more, leaving their rooms well over budget.

‘It’s a bit of a grey area,’ Britt insisted. But for Sonny and Alicia, the suggestion they were being ‘dishonest’ was a step too far.

There was a full-blown ‘funeral’ for their now-notorious ‘upmarket nursing home’ bedhead, which Scotty Cam finally gave them permission to destroy

Emotions boiled over when Alicia broke down in tears, still hurt over Britt ditching her for a solo shopping trip.

‘Your friends aren’t on The Block,’ Taz coldly snapped, leaving Alicia ‘mortified’ and branding the couple’s comments ‘nasty.’

The other contestants sat back and watched the carnage unfold like it was the Australian Open, with verbal volleys flying across the room.

Later, Robby and Mat checked in on a devastated Alicia, who admitted she was grateful for their support – but disappointed nobody else came to her side.

But the drama didn’t end there.

At Lake Daylesford, a $5,000 floaty race descended into sabotage when Ben shamelessly leapt onto Sonny’s float, blocking his path, while Alicia targeted Emma in a bid to derail her.

Despite the chaos, Emma stormed to victory.

Back at HQ, Robby and Mat staged one of the most bizarre moments of the season.

‘RIP,’ Mat quipped, as the flaming furniture went up in smoke.

And as if that wasn’t enough, it’s now crunch time with Buyers Jury day looming.

With $50,000 on the line and the buyers walking through the doors, the Blockheads are desperate to impress.

The Block continues Thursday at 7.30pm on Channel Nine.
