Thanks to a new deal on Amazon, shoppers can get their hands on an ultra high definition TV, but not for long. The Amazon Fire TV 43-inch Omni QLED series in 4K is currently priced at £289.99, reduced from £549.99, which means shoppers are being treated to a 47% discount. They will need to be quick, though, as this is a limited-time deal. The offer ends on October 14 at 11.59pm and there is limited stock available at this discounted price. In addition, due to its popularity, the brand says the limit is two per customer. With its 4K Quantum Dot Display (QLED), the brand says everything pops in more lifelike colours. It also has adaptive brightness and, with Alexa and its built-in microphones, shoppers can ask to turn on the TV, and find, launch or control content from the comfort of their sofas. Alternative options include Samsung’s 43-inch Smart 4K TV , available on Argos for £249.00. The brand says this is currently its lowest price ever and customers will experience crystal clear pictures and sound. There is also a PHILIPS Ambilight Smart 4K Ultra HD TV at Currys, which is also 43 inches. The TV has ambilight LED lighting for immersive entertainment and cinematic sound with Dolby Atmos, and one reviewer described it as a ‘stunning telly’. Reviews for the Amazon Fire TV 43-inch Omni QLED series in 4K are positive, with customers leaving an average 3.9 out of five stars. With more than 1,400 reviews, many have praised the sound, graphics and display. One person, who gave it five out of five stars, said: “In brief, this TV has amazing picture quality, the interface is fast and it’s amazingly simple once set up. You can search any TV show/movie and it’ll find where you can watch it and allow you to instantly play it. It’s so slick and streamlined.” Another said: “Super clear picture and you can talk to it to stop play, pause play, fast forward/rewind etc. on all apps, even YouTube, (and it) saves time. Talking to it is as good as using the remote.” While a third left a short and sweet review. They said: “This 43 inch TV is awesome, the sound and picture quality is very good.” On the other hand, some have left more critical feedback.
