Mumbai, India – The All India Rubber Industries Association (AIRIA) has announced its new President and new Office Bearers for the year 2025-2026. The announcement was made at the 73rd Annual General Meeting 2024-2025, held on October 28, 2025, at The Westin Powai Lake, Mumbai. Mr. Anay Gupta – President (AIRIA) – Managing Director – Vinko Auto Industries Ltd, Delhi Mr. K Ganesh – Sr. Vice- President (AIRIA) – Managing Director – MRP Autorub Group of Companies, Chennai Mr. Vinod Bansal – Vice-President (AIRIA) – Managing Director – Jayshree Polymers Pvt. Ltd., Pune Mr. Anay Gupta, previously served in the role of Sr. Vice-President, has been elected the new President of AIRIA for the year 2025-2026. Mr. Gupta is a prominent figure in the rubber industry, bringing over 32 years of extensive experience to his role, who has been a driving force at Vinko Auto Industries Ltd., currently serving as a Managing Director. With a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from San Jose State University, Mr. Gupta began his career in 1993 as Executive Director at Vinko and thereafter rose through the ranks to become Managing Director in 2017. His strategic vision and expertise in export marketing have significantly enhanced Vinko’s market position. Additionally, Mr. Gupta has served on the AIRIA’s Managing Committee since 2017 and previously held the position of Chairman for AIRIA (NR) during the fiscal year 2020-21 and 2021-22. He is committed to fostering growth, innovation, and marketing excellence for the organization. As President, he aims to drive growth, innovation, and marketing excellence, shaping the future of the rubber industry. Commenting on this occasion Mr. Anay Gupta, President of All India Rubber Industries Association, said “I am humbled and honored to become President of AIRIA, I am deeply grateful to the members of AIRIA for their unwavering support and trust in my leadership. Carrying forward my father’s legacy, who served as AIRIA President in 2010, Mr. Gupta spoke with emotion, “I am proud to follow in his footsteps, inspired by his leadership and dedication. We will build on his foundation, forging a promising future for AIRIA and the rubber industry. Mr. K. Ganesh, Sr. Vice-President, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge from his role as Managing Director of MRP Autorub Group of Companies in Chennai. With an MBA from Madras University, Mr. Ganesh has been with the company since its inception in 1979, guiding it to become a respected supplier of rubber components, with nearly 40% of its turnover generated through exports. An active member of AIRIA for over 15 years, he has held various roles, including Vice President AIRIA, Regional Chairman and Convener of NRC. Mr. Vinod S. Bansal, Vice- President, AIRIA, is qualified Chartered Accountant and is younger brother of Mr. R S Agarwal. After passing out the Chartered Accountancy course in 1983 from reputed firm of Chartered Accountant P G Bhagwat & Co, he co-founded Jayahsree Rubber Products Pvt Ltd, with his elder brother Mr.R S Agarwal. Mr. Bansal is now heading the Jayashree Polymer as Managing Director and managing the total operations of Jayashree. He is also on Board of Directors of leading co-operative bank Thane Janta Sahkari Bank Ltd (TJSB).
