Taylor Swift Makes Exciting Announcement After Chiefs Win

The Kansas City Chiefs recorded their second win of the season after taking down the Baltimore Ravens 37-20 in Week 4.
Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce recorded five receptions for 48 yards during the team’s dominant victory. While Kelce only participated in 66% of the offensive snaps, Chiefs head coach Andy Reid said that’s a decision he made for the 10-time Pro Bowler.
“I thought he really played well in both the run and the pass game. He looked strong all the way through. He’s in great shape right now, that’s the important part,” Reid told reporters on Monday, September 29. ”
“He’s all in all the time. He gets mad at me, but it’s my responsibility to make sure we don’t get too many reps in there… he’d play every play if he had his choice.”
Kelce’s fiancée, Taylor Swift, quietly cheered him on at Arrowhead Stadium during the Ravens-Chiefs game.
While fans spotted Swift’s dad, Scott Swift, and brother, Austin Swift, in Kelce’s suite on Sunday, Swift kept a very low profile. She managed to enter and exit the stadium without being photographed. The 35-year-old pop star also successfully avoided cameras during Kansas City’s loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 2.
However, Swift isn’t planning to stay out of the spotlight for long. In fact, one day after Kansas City defeated Baltimore, she announced her next major public appearance.
Taylor Swift Will Be The Sole Guest On Seth Meyers’ Late Night Show After The Chiefs Face The Jaguars
While promoting her 12th studio album, “Life of a Showgirl,” which is set to be released on October 3, Swift plans to do multiple high-profile interviews. She’ll appear on “The Graham Norton Show” on the album’s release date, and on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” on October 6.
On Monday, September 29, NBC announced Swift will appear on “Late Night With Seth Meyers” on October 8.
Unlike her other talk show appearances, she will “be the sole couch guest for the evening for the sit-down interview, making the evening a full TAY/kover,” NBC shared in a press release with Heavy Sports.
Swift previously made appearances on “Late Night” in 2014 and 2021. With Swift’s promotional schedule, it seems highly unlikely the 14-time Grammy winner will attend the Chiefs’ matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 5. The Monday Night Football matchup takes place at EverBank Stadium on October 6.
Taylor Swift Announced Her Upcoming Album on Travis Kelce’s Podcast
Swift first revealed to the world she was releasing a new album during her record-breaking guest appearance on “New Heights,” a podcast co-hosted by Kelce with his older brother, Jason Kelce.
The “Karma” singer is no stranger to breaking records. “The Life of a Showgirl” is the first Countdown Page to surpass 5 million pre-saves on Spotify, and it became iTunes’ biggest pre-order of 2025 within just 13 hours.
