Despite countless train accidents that leave passengers injured- all because they often try to board at the last second- yet another woman tried something similar and ended up regretting it. A CCTV footage was shared online, which showed the said passenger trying to board a moving train at a railway station allegedly in Tamil Nadu. Unfortunately, during her attempt to boast safely, the woman almost slipped into the train tracks instead. Luckily for her, a Railway Protection Force (RPF) officer was patrolling nearby- which allowed him to take some quick action. Rushing to the rescue, the cop managed to pull the woman to safety- leaving onlookers shocked and concerned. As per the post, the incident unfolded on October 27, while it was Chennai Yercaud Express that the woman was trying to board. The brave cop, on the other hand, was Sri Jagadeesan, a RPF Head Constable– ‘Karur/SR, Erode Junction (ED)’. The clip went viral on social media, reminding netizens of the risks involved in such actions, whereas the cop got hailed for his exemplary presence of mind and dedication.
