Tamannaah Bhatia is a fitness inspiration to many and is a known hard worker. Recently, her fitness trainer shared a reel featuring a glimpse of Tamannaah’s strict regime and praising her dedication. The trainer mentioned that Tamannaah made sure to catch up in her daily workout even as she had a rigorous dance session.
The trainer posted a video of Tamannaah doing squats with dumbbells, and in the caption, he wrote, “Ohh Nothing..Just Tamannaah Bhatia, after dancing for 90 minutes coming straight to train. And looking like this.” The actress reshared the post and wrote, “No Train No Gain.”

Tamannaah Bhatia On Importance of Fitness
Earlier, speaking to Siddhartha Singh, Tamannaah went on to highlight the importance of fitness in her lifestyle. “There’s no other way to do it. Diet, of course, needs to be controlled. But you can’t substitute anything for workouts. You have to train. I enjoy it,” said the actress.

The actress is commanding the industry, with back-to-back Bollywood films on her plate. She is has wowed fans in the comedic drama Do You Wanna Partner. The series, produced by Karan Johar’s Dharmatic Entertainment and directed by Archit Kumar and Nishant Naik, follows two best friends (played by Diana Penty and Tamannaah) who go on a daring business journey to build an alcohol start-up.
The Prime Video original series also has talented performers such as Nakuul Mehta, Shweta Tiwari, Jaaved Jafferi, Neeraj Kabi, Collin DCunha, Sufi Motiwala, and Rannvijay Singha in key roles. On September 12, the series launched in India and more than 240 additional nations and territories.
She will appear in the upcoming folk thriller Vvan: Force of the Forest. The film, which co-stars Sidharth Malhotra, is scheduled to be released in theatres in 2026. Tamannaah has also been cast in Ranger, which is directed by Jagan Shakti. The high-octane, action-packed drama stars her opposite Ajay Devgn, Sanjay Dutt.
