Tamil Nadu Governor R.N. Ravi and Chief Minister M.K. Stalin on Wednesday (September 17, 2025) wished Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his 75th birthday.

“The people of Tamil Nadu extend the warmest greetings to Mr. Modi on his 75th birthday, wishing him a healthy long life,” Raj Bhavan Tamil Nadu posted on X.

“Modi’s commitment to preserving and promoting the Tamil language, culture, and heritage on both national and global stages has restored Tamil to its long-overdue rightful place of historic pride and cultural eminence. The grand millennium celebrations of the Chola Empire — marked by the historic Aadi Thiruvathirai festival at Gangaikonda Cholapuram — reaffirm Tamil Nadu’s proud legacy and its vital role in Bharat’s spiritual and cultural continuum,” it said.

Mr. Stalin said in a post on X: “I convey my wishes for his good health, happiness, and a long life.”
