Swan’s Running Club Donates $2500 To Charity Swan’s Running Club donated $2,500 to the Project Action Charity. A spokesperson said, “Swan’s Running Club supported Project Action Charity #561 who were the proud beneficiaries of a generous two thousand five hundred dollar donation to support the mandate of the charitable organization founded in 1998 by Cindy Swan and the late Judith Stewart.” “Ms. Marla Smith, the club secretary, said the funds were raised through their Legend Race Series — including the Ed Sherlock Race, the Raymond Swan Race, the Ludwig Cann Race, and the Sir Stanley Burgess Race. “The committee chose Project Action because of the work we do in the community. Ms. Smith also expressed personal gratitude for the assistance Project Action provided her family, including transportation to dialysis for her mother, and encouraged others to support this important charity.
