On October 9, the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Armenia Suren Papikyan received the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Kingdom to the Republic of Armenia, Alexandra Cole.
The Minister of Defence congratulated the Ambassador on the commencement of her diplomatic mission in Armenia and wished her success in further strengthening cooperation between Armenia and the United Kingdom.
During the meeting, the parties discussed issues related to Armenia-UK defence cooperation, as well as a range of topics concerning regional and international security.
