Sponsored content The team at Le Rossignol Estates says that communication and understanding sit at the heart of its every move FOUNDED in January 2016, Le Rossignol Estates is a family-run, Jersey agency that has built its reputation on empathy, transparency and genuine results. As the team prepares to celebrate its tenth anniversary next year, director Jeremy Le Rossignol, sales consultant Marta Le Rossignol and sales and lettings consultant Glyn Moignard share how their complementary strengths help every client feel guided, informed and supported, whatever their property goal. Jeremy Le Rossignol, director Few people understand Jersey quite like Jeremy. His family has lived in the Island for hundreds of years on both sides, and that deep local connection shapes the way he approaches every valuation and client relationship. With more than two decades in property, Jeremy has guided hundreds of families through complex and often emotional moves. “Marta encouraged me to take the leap and start the business back in 2016,” he recalls. “Our idea was simple: to create an agency where clients feel genuinely cared for, where professionalism and empathy carry equal weight.” Today, Jeremy leads valuations, strategy and negotiation in the upper sales bracket, combining measured advice with calm assurance. His local knowledge and straightforward manner have made him a trusted adviser to clients who value discretion and clarity above all. “Our mission is to help people move confidently,” he explains. “Behind every transaction is a person, a family, a memory. Our job is to make the process straightforward, transparent and human.” As Le Rossignol Estates approaches its tenth anniversary, Jeremy remains grounded in the same values that shaped its beginnings. “People trust us because we are honest and realistic,” he says. “We are not chasing volume; we are building relationships that last.” And there is more to come. “Next year marks our ten-year anniversary, and we have some exciting news to share. Watch this space.” Marta Le Rossignol, sales consultant and MLRO Where Jeremy brings strategy and structure, Marta adds warmth, professionalism and a deep understanding of law and regulation. With a background in finance and fund management, she is the agency’s money-laundering reporting officer, a natural progression from her earlier career in Jersey’s finance industry. “In any strong partnership, whether in marriage or in business, communication and understanding are everything,” Marta says with a smile. “Property is such a personal thing and can be a very emotional process for clients. It’s about keeping everyone informed and offering the right support through the technical and legal parts of the journey. “Being an estate agent isn’t an easy job, especially when it comes to completion. Any estate agent reading this will agree: it’s a 24-hour job. It’s about trust, teamwork and helping people through what can sometimes be a long journey, doing it with care.” Marta’s calm, steady presence and attention to detail have become defining parts of Le Rossignol Estates’ reputation. Watching Jeremy and the way in which he approaches clients has given her a deeper sense of her own strengths, complementing his style with empathy, patience and clear communication. Together, they bring balance and harmony to the business, each enhancing what the other does best. “Buying or selling a home often comes at a turning point in someone’s life,” she says. “For me, it’s about more than just getting the sale done. It’s about guiding people through an important chapter and making sure they feel supported from start to finish.” That personal connection, she believes, is what sets the firm apart. “We listen first,” she says. “Every client’s story is different, and when you truly understand that, you can tailor the whole experience around them.” Her balanced professionalism and warmth have helped establish the trusted, personal reputation that defines Le Rossignol Estates today. Glyn Moignard, sales and lettings consultant Glyn joined Le Rossignol Estates in the summer of 2025, although he was no stranger to the business. Having covered the Le Rossignol family’s operations and property work during their holidays for several years, he already understood the culture of care and attention that defines the agency. “I had seen first-hand how Jeremy and Marta worked,” he says. “The level of detail and service really stood out, so when the chance came to join officially, it felt like a natural step.” Before joining the team, Glyn spent more than a decade with Andium Homes, where he managed the Andium Homebuy Scheme. He led the scheme’s property sales team, overseeing valuations, legal processes and association set-ups, and worked closely with homeowners throughout every stage of the affordable housing journey. This experience gave him a deep understanding of Jersey’s property market, particularly within the first-time-buyer and affordable ownership sectors. Glyn now manages the lower- and mid-market sales as well as the lettings portfolio, supporting buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords alike. With a background in business and marketing, he brings structure, focus and an approachable style to valuations, listings and negotiations. “I love the variety,” he says. “One day I might be helping a young couple buy their first home, the next I could be advising a landlord on presenting a property. Each conversation matters just as much as the last.” Known for his reliability and open communication, Glyn ensures clients always feel listened to and informed. “Whether you are renting or selling, you deserve the same attention and honesty,” he says. “We are small enough to stay personal but experienced enough to deliver results.” A shared philosophy Although each team member has a different focus, they share a single philosophy: always put people first. “Transparency is everything,” Jeremy explains. “We are always honest about pricing and timelines. Clients appreciate clear answers, even when they are not what they hoped to hear.” Marta agrees, adding: “Communication builds trust. Once people know we are genuinely working in their best interests, the whole process becomes calmer.” For Glyn, responsiveness is key. “Clients know they can reach us easily and that we will respond quickly. That reassurance means everything when people are making such big decisions,” he says. Behind the scenes Supporting the client-facing team are two invaluable colleagues who keep operations running seamlessly. Kusuma (Kaz) Mari manages administration and business support, co-ordinating appointments, documents and client communication with precision and warmth. Yasmin Parker leads the agency’s marketing and creative output, ensuring every property is presented beautifully and reaches the right audience across print and digital channels. Visual presentation is another cornerstone of the agency’s success. Professional photographer Chris Guillochon captures all property photography and virtual tours, bringing out each home’s best features with exceptional consistency. For video, Cameron Aird collaborates with the team on selected properties, and, as Jeremy hints, “with what we have planned for 2026, we’ll be seeing a lot more of his work”. Drone imagery also plays an important part in the agency’s marketing toolkit, with trusted local pilots providing captivating aerial perspectives that bring listings to life. This combination of people, technology and creative partners allows Le Rossignol Estates to produce marketing that is both personal and polished, always with its signature warmth. Cut from a different cloth What truly defines Le Rossignol Estates is the team’s professional DNA and independence. Jeremy, Marta and Glyn all come from business, finance and marketing backgrounds rather than traditional sales routes, and the agency is proud to remain completely independent and locally owned. “We come from professional backgrounds where integrity and accountability matter,” Jeremy smiles. “Our approach has never been about hard selling. It’s about providing honest advice and building lasting relationships.” The agency’s standards are reinforced by accountability. Le Rossignol Estates is a proud member of Propertymark and The Property Ombudsman, adhering to recognised codes of practice and client care. “It’s about trust,” Marta adds. “We don’t just talk about doing things properly; we live it.” Looking ahead As Le Rossignol Estates moves into its second decade, the ethos remains the same: combine professionalism with empathy and always put people before property. “We are proud of what we have built,” says Jeremy. “But more importantly, we are proud of how we have done it, by staying true to who we are and treating every client as an individual.” For Marta, the satisfaction comes from relationships. “Many of our clients become friends,” she says. “That says everything about the trust we have built.” And Glyn adds: “It is a privilege to be part of a business that values integrity and care as much as results.” Ten years on, Le Rossignol Estates continues to prove that estate agency, when done properly, is not about transactions. It is about people, families and futures, handled with care, discretion and pride.
