Supporting local enterprise with flexible, efficient energy supply - View from the Foyle

At Click Energy, headquartered along Derry/Londonderry’s quayside, we work with organisations both in the city and right across Northern Ireland to help them manage their energy more effectively. Our role is to make that process as straightforward as possible. We support a wide range of commercial clients – from family-run restaurants and independent retailers to large agricultural enterprises – each with distinct operational needs. Our commercial tariffs are designed to reflect those realities, providing flexibility and reliability without unnecessary complexity. Equally important is the service that underpins those tariffs. Our team works closely with customers, analysing usage data, offering practical advice, and ensuring they have the information they need to make informed decisions. It’s a collaborative approach that builds long-term trust and allows businesses to focus on what they do best. Several partnerships in the Northwest illustrate how this works in practice. Brook Hall Estate and Gardens, on the edge of the city, has adopted a 100% green electricity tariff to support its renewable heating and sustainable farming initiatives. In Campsie, Solo Restaurant is already seeing the benefits of switching to us, with notable savings being made each week. Agriculture remains an important part of our focus. Farms and agri-businesses face particular challenges, from energy-intensive operations to fluctuating seasonal demands, and our tailored agricultural tariffs are designed to provide both stability and value. We’ll be discussing these solutions in more detail at this year’s Royal Ulster Winter Fair (11th December, Eikon Exhibition Centre). Businesses have continued to show remarkable resilience and creativity in recent years. Here at Click Energy we’re also proud to be part of that story, supporting enterprises both here locally and further afield as they continue to grow, adapt, and invest in a smarter future. For more information, I’d recommend calling the office to speak to us directly about your business’ energy needs: 0800 1 070732. By Richard Thompson, Commercial Manager at Click Energy.
