Kathy Ireland is exploring a new career and making it look good. One of the most iconic supermodels of the 1980s and 1990s, the stunning beauty added another career to her resume back in July: Ocean commercial fisherman. Now, she’s out on the high seas with her husband, filling bait jars and wearing wading pants. Who knew fishing waders could look so good? In a new photo posted to her Instagram page, Ireland wore orange fishing waders over a white tank top with a wide-brimmed sun hat. Boasting a beautiful smile and golden-highlighted hair, the natural beauty sat in the front seat of her car. “Got my license!!! This is more exciting than getting my driver’s license! Open Ocean Commercial Fishing License! I’m Lobster Crew for the 4th Watch with Captain Greg Olsen! Some say spouses shouldn’t work together, but I think it will be great! We drop bait at the end of September!” Ireland shared in the caption. While some wondered if Ireland would be ditching her role as a model, spokesperson, and philanthropist, she clarified that she’ll still maintain her busy role in various careers.
