To secure a position in the civil services or IAS-IPS, candidates must pass the UPSC Civil Services Examination, which is known as the toughest exam in the country. After graduation, he briefly worked at Tata Motors but his ambition was to become an IAS officer. He left his corporate job and started preparing for the UPSC exam, succeeding after five attempts. His journey exemplifies perseverance, discipline, and the unwavering support of his family. Their encouragement helped me move forward.” He added, “As an IAS officer, I want to focus on education, healthcare, and environmental sustainability.
