It’s that spooky time of year again, when Strictly Come Dancing celebrates with its annual Halloween extravaganza. This weekend, the remaining Strictly couples will take to the ballroom with their Halloween-inspired performances and some creepy costumes to match. Hot off the heels of Icons weeks, the 10 remaining pairs will battle it out for yet another chance to advance to the glitzy finale, due to take place later this year. In line with Strictly tradition, producers will be pulling out all the stops this Saturday to deliver a show full of dazzlingly spooky dances to songs such as Radiohead’s Creep and Lady Gaga’s Abracadabra. While viewers won’t be graced with more traditional Halloween tracks such as the Addams Family theme tune this year, it's set to be yet another showstopping week for the BBC. There will also be a group dance taking place this weekend among the professional stars as part of the Monsters’ Ball. Here’s what your favourite Strictly stars will be dancing to this Halloween special, taking place on November 1 at 6:35pm. Harry and Karen will dance the American Smooth to “Mystical Magical” by Benson Boone Vicky and Kai will also dance the American Smooth to “Total Eclipse of the Heart” by Bonnie Tyler Karen and Carlos perform the slinky Argentine Tango to “Red Right Hand” by Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds George and Alexis perform the Cha Cha to “Apple” by Charlie XCX Lewis and Katya are doing a Couple's Choice dance to “Creep” by Radiohead La Voix and Aljaž will perform the Paso Doble to “The 5th” by Beethoven Balvinder and Julian perform a Rumba to “Stay” by Shakespears Sister Alex and Johannes will Salsa to the song “Horny” by Mousse T. and Hot ‘n' Juicy Ellie and Vito will Tango to “Abracadabra” by Lady Gaga Amber and Nikita will dance the Viennese Waltz to “I See Red” by Everybody Loves An Outlaw Every year, the remaining Strictly couples will slip into spooky costumes as part of the Halloween special. In the past, we’ve seen the dancing stars dress as Morticia Addams, skeletons, zombies, mummies and other creative spooky characters. Because the show is filmed live, we won’t officially know until Saturday what costumes this year’s cohort will be wearing.
