Stocks to Watch on November 3: Markets closed lower on Friday, extending their consolidation phase, with the Nifty dipping over 0.5%. The index is nearing a key support level around 25,600, aligned with its 20-day exponential moving average (20-DEMA). Key Earnings Today State Bank of India, Adani Enterprises, Adani Ports, Mahindra & Mahindra, and IndiGo will be in focus as they announce Q2 results. Urban Company Urban Company reported a loss of Rs 59 crore in Q2 FY26 vs Rs 2 crore a year ago. Revenue rose 37% YoY. Adjusted EBITDA loss stood at Rs 35 crore, driven largely by a Rs 44 crore loss from its new Insta Help segment. New Chairman Sanoj Kr Jha called for a complete restructuring of Coal India’s business model and systems, stressing the need to adopt modern production technologies in line with the global energy transition. Auto Sector Auto majors reported upbeat October sales driven by festive buying. Maruti Suzuki sold 2.20 lakh units, while Hyundai delivered 69,894 units. Tata Motors saw a 27% jump in PV sales to 61,134 units. Two-wheeler maker TVS Motor sold 5.43 lakh units, and Escorts Kubota posted a 3.8% rise in tractor sales. Among others, Toyota Kirloskar registered 39% growth at 42,892 units, and Mahindra & Mahindra recorded a 26% rise to 1,20,142 units. Vedanta posted a 59% YoY drop in consolidated net profit to Rs 1,798 crore. Revenue rose to Rs 39,868 crore vs Rs 37,634 crore YoY. BPCL reported Q2 net profit of Rs 6,442 crore, up 5% QoQ, while revenue fell 6.8% to Rs 1.04 lakh crore. Margins improved to 9.3%. Interim dividend: Rs 7.5 per share; record date: November 7. HUL received a Rs 1,986 crore tax demand for FY21 linked to transfer pricing and depreciation. The company plans to contest the notice, saying it won’t materially impact operations. Godrej Consumer GCPL’s profit slipped 6.5% to Rs 459 crore. Revenue rose 4.3% to Rs 3,825 crore. EBITDA fell 3.5%; margins narrowed to 19.2%. Tata Chemicals Tata Chemicals reported a 60% drop in net profit to Rs 77 crore, with revenue down 3.1% to Rs 3,877 crore amid weak demand and UK operations restructuring. EBITDA fell 13% to Rs 537 crore. Titagarh Rail Titagarh Rail bagged a Rs 2,481 crore Mumbai Metro Line 5 contract for rolling stock, signalling, telecom, and maintenance. NCC secured fresh orders worth Rs 1,663 crore in April 2025 across building and transportation projects from state and private entities. Zen Technologies Zen Technologies won two defence orders worth Rs 289 crore for anti-drone system upgrades, to be executed within a year. Astra Microwave Astra Microwave’s JV Astra Rafael Comsys received a Rs 285 crore order to supply communication systems for Indian Air Force Special Forces, to be fulfilled in 11 months.
