Staten Island Railway partially suspended until Monday for maintenance

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Residents who travel via the Staten Island Railway could potentially face delays, as the railway is partially suspended this weekend. The railway will not run between Great Kills and St. George through 4 a.m. Monday. This temporary and partial suspension is part of scheduled maintenance, according to the MTA. The railway will continue to run from Tottenville to Great Kills over the weekend. As explained by the MTA, Great Kills-bound trains will be running on the Tottenville-bound tracks between Tottenville and Great Kills. Free shuttles will be offered to passengers looking to continue traveling to other stops from Great Kills to St. George. Shuttles for the following stops can be found at these locations: Great Kills Brower Court at Nelson Avenue Bay Terrace South Railroad Avenue at Justin Avenue Oakwood Heights Guyon Avenue at Station Entrance New Dorp Railroad Avenue at New Dorp Lane Grant City Railroad Avenue at Station Entrance Jefferson Av Jefferson Avenue at Railroad Avenue Dongan Hills Seaview Avenue at Station Entrance Old Town Old Town Road at Station Entrance Grasmere Clove Road at Station Entrance Clifton Bay Street at Station Entrance Stapleton Bay Street at Prospect Street Tompkinsville Bay Street at Victory Boulevard St. George Skyway Ramp
