Seaview Convenience obtained its liquor license in January 2025. Does it sell or serve beer, wine, mixed drinks and/or hard liquor? Seaview Convenience sells a variety of liquor under its license. These include beer, liquor, mixed drinks, seltzer in cans or bottles. Among the single-canned liquor, the deli sells Bud Light, Rita’s, Budweiser, Michelob Ultra, Beatbox, Mike’s Hard Lemonade, Coors Light, Keystone Light, Clubtails, and Colt 45. Some highlights are breakfast wraps, pancakes, breakfast omelettes, french toast, cheese fries, sandwich wraps, gyros, and cheesesteaks. Patel noted that the popular orders vary and that each day is something different pending the customer who orders. Some enjoy hot food, while others enjoy cold options. What are some items people should try? Anything on the menu is a “should try,” says Patel, including the specials Seaview Convenience offers, like the “San Diego Griller” which is hot grilled chicken, pepper jack cheese, bacon, sun-dried tomatoes, and salsa. The “Ralph Kramden” is another option, which consists of roast turkey, ham, Swiss cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and honey mustard dressing. The “Al Pacino” consists of grilled chicken, mozzarella cheese, roasted peppers, onions, lettuce, and tomato. The “Italian Supreme” contains ham, Genoa salami, provolone cheese, roasted peppers, lettuce, tomato and onion. Each of these options can be made either on a roll, wrap, or hero. “We provide all our foods fresh, we are nice and clean daily,” noted Patel. What makes this business stand out? Aside from the deli and liquor options, Seaview Convenience also sells cigarettes, cigars, and New York Lottery tickets and scratch-offs. However, while this is often common for most delis, Patel noted one thing that sets his business apart from others is the option to do Uber Eats, Grub Hub, and Door Dash.
